    GameGenetics is a leading international distributor of free-to-play digital games and mobile games providing game publishers on user acquisition. Joined the team as Product Manager to strengthen the company's automation and optimization strategies with the following tasks:

    • Further development of the product portfolio (internal B2B and B2C)
    • Market research, competitive intelligence and conception for new business models
    • Establishing requirements for product development
    • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
    • Supporting the implementation process, working closely with graphic designers and developers
    • Testing of the newly developed products and supporting bug fixing
    • Analyze product usage and manage the ongoing optimization
    • Work directly with Managing Directors and collaborate with Technical Team leaders to
    The company had been working so far only as a managed service and was pivoting to develop new products automating the integration of data on different advertising networks and partner APIs for fetching new offers. My contributions were:
    • Worked closely with the business teams to elaborate a detailed and complete PRD for automation;
    • Defined and coordinated the first quarter roadmap, delivering 3 different new features;
    • Managed a grant received from the European Union on the European Pioneers program;
    • Designed and coordinated the integration of 5 different advertising networks;
    • Written helper tools in Javascript for testing APIs, supporting the development team.
